Orders are typically processed on the day of receipt and shipped out the same or next business day.

We pay for shipping and handling on all orders shipped to a US or Canadian address. We use the US Postal Service for all our deliveries.
Orders shipped to the US are generally shipped by USPS Media Mail. Free shipping is also available for orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. However, do bear in mind that Media Mail to Alaska and Hawaii is generally slow and can take 2-3 weeks to arrive.
We use Air Mail for all overseas orders including Canada. Be sure to give us a postal mailing address for shipping when completing the order form.
Orders shipped to the contiguous US generally take 2 to 7 business days to arrive. As we are based in New Mexico, orders shipped to the Eastern states tend to take longer. Free shipping by Media Mail is also available for orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. However, do bear in mind that Media Mail to Alaska and Hawaii is generally slow and can take 2-3 weeks to arrive.
Our standard shipping service will get your order to you swiftly.
Remember, for us to ship your order out the same day, we must have received order and payment confirmation from you by 10am Mountain Time (GMT-7 hours).
Overseas customers: we use airmail which generally takes about a week to reach most destinations. However, the actual delivery time will be dependent also on the efficiency of the postal system in your own country. You should allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.
Orders shipped to an address outside contiguous US or Canada are priced to include free airmail shipping.
If your shipping address is in a country where the TV Standard is not NTSC, we assume that you have read the notice posted on the video store page about NTSC format compatibility and that you are aware that NTSC VHS tapes won't work in your country unless you have multi-standard TV and video equipment.
Our DVDs are in NTSC format but do not have country codes and can be played in almost any set top DVD players and computers with a DVD drive anywhere in the world.
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover via PayPal. You may also pay with your existing PayPal account balance if you have one, or pay from funds from a bank account.

All our video tapes are made from high grade tape stock, duplicated from digital masters to the highest standards in the industry. We warrant all our video tapes against manufacturer's defects and will gladly replace a faulty tape at our expense.
All of our video tapes are encoded with the Macrovision™ anti-copying
process. Macrovision™ has no effect on normal playback. However,
the use of two or more VCRs linked together could result in distorted
playback.
Order Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel an order immediately (within
30 minutes) after you placed it by sending us
an email. If we have not yet processed your
order, we would be glad to cancel it at no charge
to you.
If we have processed your order but have not yet shipped it out, your order cancellation will be subject to a $5 per order cancellation charge to cover our administrative costs.
Orders which have been shipped out cannot be canceled. However, if you return the undamaged and shrinkwrap-intact tape(s) ot DVD(s) to us within 7 days of receipt, at your own expense, we will refund your purchase price minus a $5 restocking fee per tape or DVD to cover our costs.
Sales tax will not be charged if your order is shipped to an address outside New Mexico.
For online orders, we do not have knowledge of or access to your credit card information since we do not process your credit card transactions ourselves.
